We provide our professional recommendations, but ultimately you decide which items to tackle first based on urgency, budget, or personal preference. Some projects may need to be completed in a specific order for safety or other reasons, and we’ll make sure you have the guidance you need to plan effectively.
Assessments - Live Easy maintenance or improvement assessments start at $250, with $100 credited back to you toward any maintenance, services, or improvements you choose to move forward with.
Services - Live Easy offers a wide range of services, from routine maintenance to home upgrades and enhancing outdoor spaces, e.g. pergolas, fences, or decks (see our Services page). We provide customized estimates for the work you choose to move forward with, giving you clarity and no surprises.
While some work can be handled directly by our Live Easy Home and Building experts, any project requiring licensed trades is completed in partnership with trusted professionals, all while following BC Building Code and WorkSafe BC guidelines.
Project timelines vary depending on scope; we provide a clear schedule for every job and keep you consistently updated throughout the process.
